Cody was exceptional and professional! He made time for us when we couldn't find anyone else to help us finalize a property purchase. Cody came and inspected a septic system and performed some maintenance on the system and had us all sealed up in two days so we were able to move forward with a home purchase. For 5 years every winter we had difficulty with water freezing down our sidewalk and even two houses down. During the summer and fall of 2024, Cody and his team came out to add drainage to our property. They added a drainage pipe along the side of our house and on either side of our driveway. They were very professional and were clear about the cost for the work. Cody kept us informed through every step of the process and always responded to our questions. In one area, they were going to need to put a pipe where our walkway was. At first we thought we were going to have to dig up the walkway, but the team figured out how to dig under to place the pipe and kept the walkway in tact. This winter was a test for the system and this was the first time in 6 years that we DIDN’T have ice build up down our sidewalk. Cody and his team took care of the problem and made our property so much safer. We are so happy with the results and very thankful for Cody’s Excavation and Septic.
