I swore I had at least 30 more photos of this. Cody is very skilled at what he does. He makes operating an excavator look as simple as using a screw driver. He did my driveway over by himself in about a day and a half, it came out perfectly! Very professional.

Called Cody's Excavation and Septic for tank pump and inspection recently. Cody was very responsive and did a great job with the pump and inspection. Determined my tank had only a couple of years of useful life left so we decided to hire them to replace our tank. Cody gave me a very reasonable price and a fully itemized quote that detailed all of the costs. On the day of the install, Cody and his team showed up early, were very communicative, and knocked the job out in a day. Very satisfied with the job Cody and his team did. Highly recommend if you are in the market for septic pumping or replacement.

Cody took the time to meet me at my house and listen to the problems we were having with our septic system. I received Cody’s quote shortly after. I went out for a few quotes on the project, and his pricing was in line with the others we received. Cody was able to answer all my questions and I decided to accept his proposal. Cody was able to get us on the schedule fairly quickly and completed the septic tank installation in 1 day. Cody called me to discuss some possible concerns during the installation, and was very professional. We just recently had our project completed, but so far everything seems to be working well. We called soo many companies to replace our septic tank and most places didn’t want the work or charged an arm and a leg …. But Cody came out right away and gave us an affordable price … he explained everything he was going to do and how long it would take!!! Cody was exceptional and professional! He made time for us when we couldn't find anyone else to help us finalize a property purchase. Cody came and inspected a septic system and performed some maintenance on the system and had us all sealed up in two days so we were able to move forward with a home purchase. I highly recommend him. very knowledgeable and efficient.

For 5 years every winter we had difficulty with water freezing down our sidewalk and even two houses down. During the summer and fall of 2024, Cody and his team came out to add drainage to our property. They added a drainage pipe along the side of our house and on either side of our driveway. They were very professional and were clear about the cost for the work. Cody kept us informed through every step of the process and always responded to our questions. In one area, they were going to need to put a pipe where our walkway was. At first we thought we were going to have to dig up the walkway, but the team figured out how to dig under to place the pipe and kept the walkway in tact. This winter was a test for the system and this was the first time in 6 years that we DIDN’T have ice build up down our sidewalk. Cody and his team took care of the problem and made our property so much safer. We are so happy with the results and very thankful for Cody’s Excavation and Septic.
